Join us for our YP Monthly Luncheon, Wed., Jan. 21, 2026, 11:30 am - 1 pm at Q Casino + Resort. We are excited to kick off 2026 with Matt Booth, Certified Speaking Professional, Keynote Speaker, and Author.

Join us for an engaging, high-energy session with Matt Booth, an Attitude Expert known for his humor, authenticity, and practical insight. Matt creates an interactive experience that encourages participants to reflect, reset, and take meaningful action in both their personal and professional lives.

Matt has inspired audiences across the country and around the world with relatable stories and useful takeaways that stick long after the event. He holds a Master’s Degree in Communication from the University of Dubuque, a Bachelor’s from the University of Wisconsin, and is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP)—a designation earned by fewer than 20% of speakers worldwide.

Originally from Southwest Wisconsin, Matt now resides in Dubuque with his wife Joie and their sons, Carter and Graham. Outside of speaking, he enjoys hiking, fishing, and exploring local spots with his family.

Young Professionals of Dubuque (YPD) luncheons feature a presentation on professional, personal, or community development.
