His success comes mostly from his ability to take many years of experience in the entertainment field, mix it with a studied knowledge of an organization and the goals of the event, and then sprinkle it with his ability to tell a thought-provoking, tug-at-your-heartstrings story with just the perfect amount of humor, levity, and truth.
